Green tea is unfermented tea made from the sweetest, newest buds and tips at the top of the plant: Camellia sinensis, the best varieties are only harvested in the spring. Green tea is regarded in China as the ultimate tea. It is especially known for its exquisite fragrance and delicate, complex tastes due to the fact that it is grown in high mountain areas where long seasons of fog, appropriate temperature and fertile soil provide the buds and leaves acquiring an innate luxuriance.

There are thousands of different varieties green teas in China, here in our website we only recommend the most famous ones to you such as Long Jing (Dragon well), Bi Luo Chun, Mao Feng, Long Ding (Dragon Mountain), Kou Kui, Gua Pian, Mountain Misty Tea etc.
